As with all living plants, containerized or bare root, you can expect a death loss. It is virtually impossible to achieve a 100% survival rate. When you have properly cared for your newly transplanted trees or shrubs, and you experience an excessive loss (40% or more of your order) in the first year, just write to Nature Hills and we will ship you replacement trees or shrubs of your entire loss.
